Hiring a contractor means trusting someone in your home, with your money, and with your family's daily life during construction. Our process is built around one thing: making sure you always know what is happening, what it costs, and what comes next.
Step 1 | Consultation
Every project starts with a real conversation; not a sales pitch. We come to your home, walk the space, listen to what you have in mind, and give you our honest assessment. We talk through realistic timelines, what daily life looks like during construction, and how we handle budgets. You will get a detailed, itemized estimate so you know exactly where every dollar is going -material, labor, and our general contractor fee, broken out line by line. By the end of the consultation, you will know whether we are the right fit. And so will we.
Step 2 | Plan + Ideate
Once you decide to move forward, we get into the details. Design decisions, material selections, permit applications, subcontractor scheduling, and a project timeline built around your life - not just our calendar. We bring our experience to the planning stage so problems are identified before they become surprises on the job site. We also leave room for the process - if you see something on Pinterest halfway through planning that changes your mind, we talk it through, price it out, and figure out if it works. You will have a clear picture of everything before a single tool is picked up.
Step 3 | Build
This is where it all comes together. Our team shows up on schedule, communicates any changes in real time, and treats your property with the same respect we would want for our own. If you are living in the home during construction - which most of our clients are - we are aware of your family. your kids, your dogs, your daily routine. We keep a clean job site every single day. If something isn't right, we say so and we fix it. We don't consider a project done until you're satisfied with every detail.
